Refund Policy

Rush — a product of Haste.NYC LLC

Effective Date: June 15, 2026Last Updated: June 15, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Rush, the managed-storage drive provided by Haste.NYC LLC. It supplements the Rush Terms of Service and License Agreement; capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.

1. Free Tier and Paid Plans

Rush includes a free tier (10 GB of storage) that does not require a payment method, so you can evaluate the service before you pay anything. Paid plans are sold on a committed-capacity basis: you purchase storage capacity by the terabyte and are billed monthly in advance for the capacity you select. Your drive remains writable up to the capacity you have purchased.

All subscription fees are charged in advance and are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method, which are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.

2. Cancellation and Capacity Changes

You may cancel your subscription or change your purchased capacity at any time from your account dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period; it does not retroactively refund fees already charged for the current or prior periods. Reducing your purchased capacity (a downgrade) takes effect at the start of the next billing period and does not generate a refund or proration for the current period.

When a paid subscription ends, your drive reverts to the free tier. If your stored data exceeds the free-tier capacity, the drive becomes read-only until you reduce usage below the free-tier limit or purchase additional capacity. You remain responsible for retrieving or removing Your Content; see the Terms of Service for data handling on termination.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@rushs3.io within thirty (30) days of the charge with your account email and the details of the charge. We will investigate in good faith and, where we determine a charge was made in error, issue a refund or credit for the erroneous amount.

4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such laws apply, we honor them in addition to the terms above.
