This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information when you access or use our websites (including https://www.rushs3.io), software products (including the Rush desktop application and the Rush storage drive), cloud services, APIs, customer support, forums, and all other products and services we offer (collectively, the "Services and Software"). This Privacy Policy also explains your rights and choices regarding your personal information.
By accessing or using our Services and Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. 1. Who We Are
Haste.NYC LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York, United States. 2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use our Services and Software, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including but not limited to: (a) device information such as your device type, operating system, hardware model, unique device identifiers, and browser type; (b) network information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, Internet service provider, and general geographic location derived from your IP address; (c) usage data such as pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Software, time spent on pages, clickstream data, and referring and exit URLs; (d) log data such as access times, error logs, crash reports, and diagnostic data; (e) software environment data such as system configurations and version information relevant to the operation of our Software; and (f) performance data such as transfer throughput, storage utilization, and feature utilization patterns.
2.3 Storage Content
The files, objects, and other data you store, upload, transfer, or stream through the Rush drive ("Your Content") are processed on your behalf to provide the storage service. We treat the contents of Your Content as confidential and do not access them except as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and support the Services and Software, to enforce our agreements, or as required by law. When you connect your own storage provider (bring-your-own-storage), Your Content resides in the storage you control, and your relationship with that provider is governed by that provider's terms.
2.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including: (a) analytics providers and marketing platforms; (b) resellers, distributors, and channel partners through which you purchase or license our products; (c) public databases, social media platforms, and professional networks; (d) payment processors and identity verification services (in connection with payment processing); and (e) other users who may provide your information when using collaborative or shared-drive features.
2.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Services and Software. - (g) To enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Haste, our users, and others;

4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 Service Providers
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud and object-storage hosting, data analytics, email delivery, customer support, marketing, and advertising. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and may only use it for the specific purposes for which it was provided.
4.2 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution, asset sale, bankruptcy, or other change of control, your personal information may be transferred or disclosed as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

4.6 No Sale of Personal Information
Haste does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not rent, lease, or trade your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide you with our Services and Software, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and as permitted by applicable law. When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete, destroy, or de-identify it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements. We typically retain account data for a period of up to six (6) years after account closure or termination, or longer if required by law. Your Content stored on a Haste-managed drive is deleted in accordance with the Terms of Service following termination; Your Content stored on a storage provider you control is governed by that provider's retention practices.
6. Data Security
We implement and maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and loss. These measures include but are not limited to encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, employee training, and incident response procedures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
7. International Data Transfers
Haste is based in the United States, and your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your jurisdiction. By using our Services and Software, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities.

8.6 Do Not Track Signals

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion.
